Pros
I can never go back to an office now, since I realised how much I enjoy working from home. The projects are seriously interesting, that anyone would be motivated to contribute and the management is much lenient, hence making a great work-life balance. Since the company is one of the world's leaders, compensation offered are highly competitive.
Cons
Even though everyone is willing to help, but finding the right people, itself can be a challenge. I didn't mind the rebranding in the last few years, but I can see how it can affect some people.
