Pros
Lots of freedom to work flexible hours or locations Support staff are all on site, tend to be helpful Nice pace of work, not too much pressure, but also rarely out of work.
Cons
There is limited scope to develop as a young engineer. Management don't seem to have any strategy for where the business is going or how it's going to get there.
