1: They pay well but that pay comes with its own pains I think that their Bait to lure good talent.
Cons
1: The senior management is completely clueless about the direction they want to head to. 2: You have your place secured if you blindly agree to what the management says and "Directs you to do". In short you have to be a corporate drone who should obey everything without questioning or putting your own logic. And if you dont get results following the moronic logic of the management then too you are to blame. Be ready to face the wrath 3: The management including Mr Sunny Singh doesn't care about the career or life of the employees. Its completely a "Profits before People" organization. 4: Any day can be your last day. 5: The joining orientation presentation carries the biggest ironies. It says you'll be an equal owner in the company and will have the freedom to choose and decide. It is not always about sunny. Whereas the truth is that IT IS ALWAYS ABOUT SUNNY and what his Subordinates think. 6: Unrealistic goals and targets, which obviously cannot be fulfilled. 7: Attrition rate is very high. People leave in 6 months, 3 months even 10 days.
