They will try and teach you their way, how to sell over the phone?

-Non-existent pay, they take all the benefits; you get paid minimum wage for working 12 hour days and no overtime? -They didn't pay me for my holidays I worked on either and initially HR reached out when I was leaving with some funds that haven't been paid - followed up with them and they replied 'its fine - everything is paid'"....Didn't get my days I worked for on holidays OR any overtime. - They make you start working at 8am and you work till sometimes 11am at night, again after 8 hours...they forget to pay you? -They make you call leads that are 2-3 years old and used by other Brokerages few times over and find business? -They give you leads from Facebook that market for clients to sign-up if they are social disabilities to sign up so that they can qualify for mortgages and you would be calling them - I would think, they did this....so that we had 'leads to practice on..and on these, they expected you find business? -I wouldn't call this the Boiler Room....It's the Pit Room! -They expect you to work the with their non-leads and then, lecture you to bring your family and friends mortgages while paying you only minimum wage for time it takes you to input the deal? No compensation for bringing your own deals either... Non-starter!
