Hard working and dedicated staff, particularly at entry-levels. Reasonable hours. Benefits are good, though not great. Training programs are strong.
Cons
No opportunity for growth. Senior management does not make decisions which drives additional work at lower levels. Departments and people aren't held accountable for meeting goals.
