Could be low performing and still have a job...The company is so confused it doesn't notice talent versus true low performance.
Cons
-Most mid level leaders are white male (not much diversity). -Little to no opportunity to move up -non-existent onboarding -High ego, low skill leaders -High performance met with smaller territory the following year. -High performance mid year means higher presidents club goal compared with peers. -Products outdated.
