Pros
The best part of Edraak is the Colleagues The people you work with are awesome, supportive, understanding, and very good at communicating, and they are actually professionals at what they do. The building is without a doubt very cool.
Cons
Everything else is a disaster. CEO doesn't know what actually means to lead a mission-driven Non-Profit Organization, let alone develop a vision for it! The culture there is kinda cool when you look from far away, but its toxicity lies within the fact that what is most important in Edraak is not doing work, is how we look (are presented) while we do it. It is that kind of attitude when you fail horribly at something but it doesn't matter because I failed with STYLE. Edraak being affiliated with Royalty's Foundation makes everything forced down to its milestones preventing it from Excelling at what Edraak is for which is Enriching Arabic Online Education in the Region. To make this paragraph simpler, politics is the decision maker, not goals. HR is horrible (on so many levels).
