Pros

lack of work pressure, good team support, nice behaving from managers and TL's. Office environment, Team support, maintenance all are too good.

Cons

Need to change the formal wearing format in office space. In my perspective this is a uniform criteria since we watching from school. especially designers, for creating more creative ideas and innovative creatives costumes also plays a major role. Its a part of updation along with the mind too. Following a specific rule in costume at this young age is very difficult. I wish to wear casuals according to my comfortability. If this is against rule please confirm this rule in the case of girls too. Girl's are wearing sleeveless, and casuals but boys have strict instructions to wear formals. If the management can afford a fixed rule for both that will be fine. otherwise allot it for boys also.

Pros

Strong Brand & Market Presence: Edroots is a well-established player in the overseas education sector, with representation across 12 countries and over 450 partner institutions. This reputation makes our work more credible and impactful. Diverse Exposure: My role offered opportunities beyond just counseling – I handled seminar presentations, student training, institutional outreach, and collaborated with teams across departments. This multi-dimensional role enhanced my communication, public speaking, and career advisory skills. Student-Centric Culture: The organization maintains a genuine focus on student success. We're encouraged to guide students with transparency, and to recommend the best-fit programs, not just push numbers. Collaborative Team Environment: The workplace culture promotes teamwork. Senior staff and colleagues are supportive, especially during peak intakes or challenging cases. Learning Opportunities: I had the opportunity to stay updated on international education trends, admission policies, visa procedures, and soft skill development – which are valuable both professionally and personally.

Cons

Technology Integration: Although Edroots uses CRM tools, there is room to upgrade systems to enhance efficiency in student tracking, follow-ups, and inter-department coordination.
