We made the difficult decision to move away from a freelance sales model despite early success. Unfortunately, this meant we were unable to retain some team members, as the company transitioned to a full-time, in-house model to support growing demand.
We're proud to have built an inclusive environment, where all ideas are welcome across our fully remote team - and we try our best to have fun along the way. We're grateful that you highlighted this in your feedback.
While the majority of small businesses have their ups and downs as they work towards product market fit, the leadership team's goal is to continually reinvest its revenue into growing a world class team of experts from every background, supporting their career development through increased responsibility, knowledge, skills and renumeration.
