Pros
Opportunity to learn basic sales/process handling
Cons
I had a disappointing experience working at Edu-versity. While the company promises fixed salaries in the offer letter, but it's not fixed. Salary payments are often delayed without proper communication. In some cases, salaries are credited only by the month-end.
One major concern is that employees are expected to continue working for 5–7 days into the next month and achieve targets before receiving the previous month’s salary. This creates unnecessary pressure and uncertainty for employees.
During financial difficulties, the company sometimes releases only partial salaries and does not provide a clear timeline for pending payments. Policies also seem to change frequently based on management convenience.
The work environment is highly revenue-focused, with limited attention given to employee well-being and work-life balance. Freshers and interns should carefully evaluate before joining. Internship programs also lacked proper live sessions and stipend support.
* Delayed salary payments
* High target pressure
* Very Poor employee treatment
* Lack of transparency
* Weak internship structure
