This Company is very old and They will not run behind the money making as most of the consultants will do. When i was working during the training period also they suggest to counsel the students for good colleges with quality education. They never provide wrong information for getting service charge. This is the highest Plus point Also they giver value to the suggestions of the Employees if positive or negative Also more than Salary they used to motivate towards the Incentives which most of the employees enjoyed

I felt the Company give freedom to work for all of its employees but some of them take the advantages and they misuse the chances Many of the employees are working from past 7 to 8 year So actually employees should not misuse the company

No Pros to add. there is lot of politics involved to make employees work without paying salary on time.

No concern, Admin department just hires you giving various designations and ask you to do calls for their MBA admission. The same people will be teaching when the admission process is finished. No proper maintenance in St.Xaviers college by Edu world. And they are least bothered about hostel food. No need to get shock if you find an insect in the food also.
