While hours are flexible, many of the more senior leaders don't respect late-night boundaries so switching off can be difficult. Despite countless and consistent resignations, leadership refuses to do exit interviews to understand why employees are unhappy. Bonuses aren't given according to any measurable criteria - instead, they seem to be distributed according to personal preference. There is a concerning lack of HR or employee representatives so needs are unheard and problems are ignored.
