With the current leadership, I would not recommend working at the ESC.
Cons
As an experienced educator, I have never worked in a more hostile environment. The new executive director surrounds herself with those who are loyal and not competent. She seeks to divide staff and degrades those who are unwilling to engage in her unethical practices. Many very competent people have left the organization. I fear for the financial future of the organization as she rewards her loyalists without understanding the budget process and grant requirements. I am so sad for the organization.
