- They wanted us to sign 'at-will employment' waivers which mean that they are entitled to fire us whenever they want without severance and/or notice period and we work in the company at our own will - Bad company culture, does not value employees - Laughably bad increments and no career path - Management has no criteria when rating employees and have no idea of employee's growth - Toxic work environment, people live in fear of being fired and are fired without warning; they are humiliated and taken to their cars from their desks at the same day
