Cons
Relationship based can be hard given remote space but attempts are made to fill those gaps. Learning and continuously growing can also mean changes happen regularly, most are good but regular change can be tiring.
Leaders all pretend to be high achievers but instead delegate impossible number of tasks to staff.
There is not enough capacity to perform all the job functions necessary in a role. Some roles are equipped to carry the burden of two or three people. Those who perform well get tasked with the most amount of work. Leaders can be rude in meetings. They think you are their servant. No concept of work life balance.
