Only pro was meeting and working with some great clients and colleagues who were on the same level as me.
Cons
There are genuinely too many to list here. Firstly, the toxic management who managed through fear. Setting extremely high sales targets and interrogating you/ignoring you if you don’t hit them. Making you force fake science down clients throats to make them sign up for overpriced memberships and pay for supplements they do not need. Management and CEO Jamie in particular do not care about staff or clients. They only care about making sales and hitting targets. They rarely spoke about anything other than this with myself and the rest of my colleagues. Pay is very low for the amount of work and lying you have to do on a daily basis to trick the poor clients out of their money. Do yourself a favour, steer clear of Educogym if you’re looking to get into the fitness industry or if you’re someone looking to join a gym as a member.
