This NGO gives on time salary. This is not employee job its consultant job all are consultant. If you are jobs less or then this is good job. Here job is good max 1 year if you are needy person.
Cons
Dont expect support from team. Remote location lonely work. If you are higher qualified then keep your values in bucket because non technical and unexperienced persons are your leaders. here on directional work only and BOSS attitude having managers. So because of money and if you are leave your existing jobs rethink.
