Technical head is a rude person All decisions comes last, so we don’t have enough time to done the job with satisfaction we have to work evening (after 7pm or 8 pm) and on Saturdays depending on the Client They satisfies Client in all means donot bother about their employees. This is because you are not employees, just a consultant with fixed monthly salary. No employee benefits such as insurance or PF etc. this will not here as you are not employee No guarantee for your job Favouritism at its peak.
