Pros

Great benefits and location. Organized, great cafeteria

Cons

With a change in leadership, the team soon became a vanilla-like, non-diverse team, and preferred having similar personalities or known people with similar backgrounds. This was only seen for this team within this business unit; it is not applicable to other BUs.

Pros

All the surface level amenities (building, cafe, gym). Lots of SMEs with big hearts.

Cons

The number of people that quit in the last 90 days. Quiet layoffs The true promotion price is doing 3 jobs and accommodating different time zones. Lots of inexperienced managers and layers Too much " aligning" and "circling back" ; not enough doing
