Pros
Leadership really cares about patients. Long term thinkers, senior management has been in place and doesn't rotate so you are not getting radical changes of direction every two years like other places. Nice campus, good pay and benefits, lots of smart people.
Cons
You have to be committed which often means long hours. If it is just a job, you may not fit in.
