They have a nice campus

Cons

No employee advocacy Organization is riddled with incivility. Managers can be hostile and even harass employees but regularly get away with it. HR isn’t there to help anyone but the business. Lack of competitive pay Lack of work/life balance

As reflected by our various employment policies, Edwards is committed to maintaining a professional workplace, where employees are treated with dignity and respect. If an employee believes there has been a violation of Company policy, we ask that they report such concerns to their manager, another manager, any member of the Human Resources Department, or even anonymously through our Edwards Integrity Helpline. We genuinely care about our employees, and reporting such concerns provides us with visibility and the opportunity to address these concerns and improve the employee experience.
