Pros
Job flexibility depending on manager, amazing food at cafeteria, fitness classes, ergonomic accomodations, 401k matching program, PTO/Vacation time up to 3 weeks/year, new buildings, educational opportunities, possible tuition reimbursement, etc.
Cons
Certain departments don't care how much education you have, the pay rate is designated based on specific job not skill. They rationalize the low salaries with having above avg benefits for employees, but those don't pay the bills. It's a really rewarding company founded on amazing values + led by an inspiring CEO, but because of how most positions pay, I wouldn't be able to stay here long-term.
