Pros

Edwards is well known for a good reputation in the community. And in the 9 years of tenure there, I've seen consistent improvements in continuing to stay trendy and make it a great place to work. I appreciate the flexibility my supervisor provides. I am consistently impressed with the amount of talent our employees offer and believe it is important to offer flexibility to continue to attract the same level of talent we provide today.

Cons

Upward mobility can be a challenge especially if you hold a senior position coming into the organization. As a small organization, you sometimes wear many hats. But that said, I have learned so much wearing these hats! Overall, it was hard for me to come up with a con for this organization. Clearly after almost a decade of dedication to the company, I am very happy here.
