Great company to work for. All are like family at ETI.

Eti has a small building so sometimes it feels really tight when it's busy.

Everyone is nice. They've known each other for 7-10 years.

1) The first to "make a complaint" gets the benefit of the doubt. Automatically. Once that happens, you become the "black sheep". 2) Upper management provides lip service. "They care" when talking to the group. Not when issues among individuals arise. They'll just focus on the first to make a complaint. 2) Not much room to grow. Everything is locked in.
