Pros

This is my first real job out of college and I can't complain much about my experience working at Edyza. The work environment is great and there are always new things to learn. I did not expect myself to learn about things that don't pertain to my role but I've learned some non-business things. One major plus is how close you get to work with the executives as well as the rest of the team even if they aren't in the same department as you. As of now, Edyza provides free lunch which is a big plus! In addition, they have fully stocked snacks and drinks. They offer a great work/life balance and are flexible with working hours.

Cons

When you begin the job things are pretty slow but once you get the hang of what's expected of you things start to ramp up. Edyza is a startup so the pay isn't as great but other benefits make up for it.

Pros

I've spent a lot of time working within the Orange County startup community over the past 6 years. This is definitely one of, if not, the most, well-run, high-potential for success early-ish stage startups in Orange County. Here are the Pros - hands on training that grows to autonomy and moving up at the company from executive team with multiple exits. - Perfect job for recent grads - Opportunities to move up - Paid lunch every day (literally Monday - Friday) - Awesome team that enjoys working together. Seriously, the team is really cohesive. - Decent benefits: unlimited PTO, extra holidays, flexible hours - good work life balance - very low employee churn. I think only one person has left due to relocation for family. This is a good company to work at if you want to grow a career. The team works hard and executes well.

Cons

Starting out at Edyza is slow. They take time to train you and make sure you are comfortable with what you will be executing on. The first month feels really slow and unproductive. However, after that first month, you realize why they run things that way. Work ramps up and you have confidence to do your job. Salaries are probably below average. They make up for it with paid lunch ever day, decent benefits, and honestly, really great opportunities. It's worth it in the end, but if you're looking for high pay over long term value, this isn't the job for you. This is definitely not a company you can slack off at. Everyone's role matters.
