      *Great team culture - every staff member is solutions focused & work together to achieve the best results for the client *Energetic and hands on Directors who are approachable, and care about their clients & their team members *Attractive hours *Career progression opportunities *Flexibility *Great staff incentives *No two days are the same and in a fast paced environment - never boring.

      Cons

      If i have to select a con, it would be that this is a fast paced environment (also a pro in my view).

      The office location is fantastic and the staff are great

      Cons

      The owners are too busy doing linked in posts rather than looking after their staff. I heard they even read staff’s personal emails which is sad

      Pros

      Great people, hand selected team. Hard interview process so not not everyone gets a gig. Good culture and vibe in the office.

      Cons

      Hard work initially to build a solid pipeline, but once you do, the deals are worth the hard work.
