Support and connection are central to our approach at ESS; in addition to clinical supervision, managers hold weekly check-ins—often virtually—to ensure consistent, dedicated time to connect. Supervisors are also available for ongoing support via phone, text, and email, not just in crisis situations, so staff can access guidance regularly regardless of location.
