Pros

Effective School Solutions takes care of its employees! Examples of this are door dash certificates and an annual subscription to the Calm wellness app. I started with Effective School Solutions a year ago and couldn't be any happier. I receive lots of solution selling support from my clinical colleagues & feel very valued by my manager. Our team recently had an opportunity to provide feedback to upper management. Our feedback was immediately used to create some new program options & sales presentations. Our professional learning for educators & parents is of the highest quality. All of my colleagues are super smart, dedicated, collaborative, & responsive!

Cons

I can't think of any downsides in working for Effective School Solutions.

Pros

-Great work/life balance with school schedule -administration cares about their employees and listens to their needs by doing check ins and surveys, and they follow through. -networking and collaboration with other clinicians throughout different states -clinical supervision is available for hours -supervisors are extremely helpful and do not have issues getting in contact when an emergent need arises

Pros

Holiday break is definitely the best pro.

Cons

This place is toxic, stressful and lacks integrity. Management isn’t supportive . They rather micromanage and monitor. Poor management and communication. Expectations constantly changing to suit the company needs and to cover up any wrongdoing. Be careful because management are willing to lie on you and write you up for minor issues. HR and management work together to cover up and will do anything to not lose the school contract. This organization creates more issues at your own well-being! Many cons and not worth the money for all the high demands and intense documentation. Work here at your own risk! Sad this is even a mental health company and the truth will come to light.

HR follows established standards and processes designed to ensure fairness, compliance, and consistency, and while some decisions can be difficult, the goal is always to act legally and in the best interest of all parties involved. We also want to acknowledge that school-based work can be demanding, and experiences can differ depending on the setting and team. Feedback like yours is important in helping us evaluate and improve.
