- Complete disorganization - Nobody knows what anyone does - Zero structure in training new employees - Ego from senior employees not wanting to do their mandated assigned work from HR to even introduce themselves to new employees - Quality of work is not a priority, clicking their timesheets are. - Not a collaboration focused company - Several months in and I still couldn't find out if I had a manager or not - Manager not knowing how to be a manager, schedules a 30 minute call with you once a month so they can write notes on your frustrations and then do nothing - This is your typical buddy-buddy startup, if you're not already friends/in the inner circle, expect to be treated like a second class citizen
