Work-Personal Life balance can be maintained well. U have access to everything on the net. Learn anything u want. Download any study material irrespective of the size. Grow as much as u can. Basically product based so not much of pressure as such.Take ur time but deliver good end product. Small number employees so complete visibility.
Cons
Basically u have to grow on ur self.U have access to everything but one is responsible is for his growth. Nobody will pressurize u for achieving things.
