Employee involvement is encouraged and there is always a strong sense of comradery between team members and departments. I have been with Egan for over 5yrs and no two months have ever been the same. There is always a new, and better way to approach a problem and the team at Egan makes continuous improvement a priority. If you are in sales, Egan offers a incredibly robust suite of products and the brand has a reputation for build quality and imaginative design. Abundant opportunity for hard-working, creative people.

If you are uncomfortable with accountability, this is not the right place for you. Expect the standards for performance to be high.
