      Pros

      Good size company, nice office. CEO is good guy and passionate especially when it comes to people and the company. Kudos to the prev CMO who put us on the map in Gartner’s leader MQ.

      Cons

      Too much drama and politics for a company this size, very unprofessional. There are too many bad managers/employees with loyalty cards. "Toxic work culture" review (on Nov 10) has some very important points they need to address immediately. HR desperately needs a real LEADER who has integrity at work and understands what it takes to bring the right culture. One who also can strive for excellence, not afraid to do the RIGHT thing! Management should stop asking employees for glowing reviews on Glassdoor; it should be an honest feedback..

      Best Leadership I have ever worked with in SaaS. Data Driven, truly pay attention to effort, help reps succeed. It helps as well that the product is great

      Company is very frugal, sometimes tough to get spend approved

      Pros

      Great benefits and great people to work with. The product itself is a great and superior product.

      Cons

      No training. No pipeline. No real support for SMB. You are basically a glorified SDR. Any real leads come from events or if you have good install base accounts. Hardly any good inbounds come and and if you do get a good and decent size inbound, they take it away from you to give to a mid-market rep. The juice isn't worth the squeeze. If you don't mind constantly grinding, go for it. Otherwise, I would recommend looking else where.
