Pros

Company takes the time to make sure everyone knows the product well. You'll find all employees get ample amounts of product and partner training. Salary/Stock Options are really not good, although benefits are fairly generous.

Cons

Some of the management has excellent leadership, some do not. There a re a few that play politics and lead by fear. Still too early to tell if the company will succeed. CEO has great vision but the space is very crowded and we are a small fish in this market.

Best Leadership I have ever worked with in SaaS. Data Driven, truly pay attention to effort, help reps succeed. It helps as well that the product is great

Cons

Company is very frugal, sometimes tough to get spend approved

Pros

Great benefits and great people to work with. The product itself is a great and superior product.

Cons

No training. No pipeline. No real support for SMB. You are basically a glorified SDR. Any real leads come from events or if you have good install base accounts. Hardly any good inbounds come and and if you do get a good and decent size inbound, they take it away from you to give to a mid-market rep. The juice isn't worth the squeeze. If you don't mind constantly grinding, go for it. Otherwise, I would recommend looking else where.
