Here are just a few to consider if you are thinking about joining the sales team - look at all the positive reviews…none of them are sales -HR begs employees to leave positive reviews to “balance” the negative ones - if you are a top performer, don’t bother. The last thing on their priority list is keeping top talent..that’s why they all left. - make sure to ask how many reps are hitting OTE (in the last 2 years) in the interview process…that should be a major red flag for you - diversity is non existent - the pay is the worst in the industry. You can make more as a manager at a fast food place than you will here - when in doubt, run for the hills

Best Leadership I have ever worked with in SaaS. Data Driven, truly pay attention to effort, help reps succeed. It helps as well that the product is great

Company is very frugal, sometimes tough to get spend approved

Pros

Great benefits and great people to work with. The product itself is a great and superior product.

Cons

No training. No pipeline. No real support for SMB. You are basically a glorified SDR. Any real leads come from events or if you have good install base accounts. Hardly any good inbounds come and and if you do get a good and decent size inbound, they take it away from you to give to a mid-market rep. The juice isn't worth the squeeze. If you don't mind constantly grinding, go for it. Otherwise, I would recommend looking else where.
