Here are just a few to consider if you are thinking about joining the sales team
- look at all the positive reviews…none of them are sales
-HR begs employees to leave positive reviews to “balance” the negative ones
- if you are a top performer, don’t bother. The last thing on their priority list is keeping top talent..that’s why they all left.
- make sure to ask how many reps are hitting OTE (in the last 2 years) in the interview process…that should be a major red flag for you
- diversity is non existent
- the pay is the worst in the industry. You can make more as a manager at a fast food place than you will here
- when in doubt, run for the hills
