      Pros

      Superb culture with very talented leaders, genuine, transparent and authentically driven. Good investment and excellent product, real opportunity to make a tangible difference and an appreciation beyond any I have known. Communication and remuneration is top level, the global team are incredibly close, supportive and fun, my best career decision ever!

      None found or anticipated, and unlikely to alter the balance of advantages of working for Egnyte.

      Pros

      Great benefits and great people to work with. The product itself is a great and superior product.

      Cons

      No training. No pipeline. No real support for SMB. You are basically a glorified SDR. Any real leads come from events or if you have good install base accounts. Hardly any good inbounds come and and if you do get a good and decent size inbound, they take it away from you to give to a mid-market rep. The juice isn't worth the squeeze. If you don't mind constantly grinding, go for it. Otherwise, I would recommend looking else where.
