      Pros

      Competitive salary. Remote friendly. Some good people just trying to work hard and make Bay Area rent.

      Cons

      Highly questionable leadership from both a commercial and moral standpoint. I made the decision to move on when I heard multiple comments made by VP and C-suite positions condemning people who were taking maternity and paternity leave. Virtually everyone is either stressed/angry or totally checked out. This is across departments. Must be available 24/7. I think this led to the unhealthy feeling and high stress.

      Pros

      Great benefits and great people to work with. The product itself is a great and superior product.

      Cons

      No training. No pipeline. No real support for SMB. You are basically a glorified SDR. Any real leads come from events or if you have good install base accounts. Hardly any good inbounds come and and if you do get a good and decent size inbound, they take it away from you to give to a mid-market rep. The juice isn't worth the squeeze. If you don't mind constantly grinding, go for it. Otherwise, I would recommend looking else where.
