      Good company with a good future - Product Marketing Egnyte Employee Review

      Pros

      I've worked at several high tech companies, but this one seems to have the most solid financials and growth potential. Everyone is genuinely good to work with and gets along well. I've done a lot of zoom calls from home, but I enjoy going into the office a couple of times per week. People go out of their way to help out.

      Cons

      The company is in a tricky transition from "Start-up" to big company. It has 1000 employees now, but many processes and procedures are not well documented, and you still have to know "who to ask" to fins information. Decision processes are still by consensus.

      Pros

      Great benefits and great people to work with. The product itself is a great and superior product.

      Cons

      No training. No pipeline. No real support for SMB. You are basically a glorified SDR. Any real leads come from events or if you have good install base accounts. Hardly any good inbounds come and and if you do get a good and decent size inbound, they take it away from you to give to a mid-market rep. The juice isn't worth the squeeze. If you don't mind constantly grinding, go for it. Otherwise, I would recommend looking else where.
