      Pros

      1. Interesting work, modern tech stack 2. SRE role reduces oncall load on devs 3. Remote friendly (complete remote in India & remote friendly in other countries ) 4. Fast paced environment in many teams but not toxic

      Cons

      1. Bought by a PE firm, uncertainty about their future decisions. Though the CEO and co-founders are continuing with some part of their equity invested back. 2. Sometimes there are too frequent changes to requirements due to involvement of many stakeholders.

      Best Leadership I have ever worked with in SaaS. Data Driven, truly pay attention to effort, help reps succeed. It helps as well that the product is great

      Company is very frugal, sometimes tough to get spend approved

      Pros

      Great benefits and great people to work with. The product itself is a great and superior product.

      Cons

      No training. No pipeline. No real support for SMB. You are basically a glorified SDR. Any real leads come from events or if you have good install base accounts. Hardly any good inbounds come and and if you do get a good and decent size inbound, they take it away from you to give to a mid-market rep. The juice isn't worth the squeeze. If you don't mind constantly grinding, go for it. Otherwise, I would recommend looking else where.
