myself and a female associate started about 2.5 months apart. Although she had a couple more years of work experience than I did and she had better grades from a more prestigious university I was offered 5% more on my annual salary. During that same time period I got a male friend of mine (with ZERO work experience) an interview, he got an offer that also exceeded the offer she was made and accepted. In none of the 3 instances were there any negotiations, unfortunately it does not appear as if Ehrenkranz cares to pay its female employees the same as the males.
