Pros

The people you work with are great, and it’s ok for someone that’s entry level.

Cons

Little to no investment in technology , all management cares about is that you’re sitting at your desk for 2400+ hours a year. Whether or not you are efficient is not considered, and if you don’t hit hour goals you get less than average raises and bonuses (or none). Low pay compared to other firms with similar expectations. Due to firm management being unwilling and unable to successful to deploy modern tech, I feel the future is bleak and they will continue to hide behind increased revenue year over year that’s solely from acquisitions . Also, politics are out of control.

Pros

Good amount of holidays and PTO. Lifestyle spending account and remote work were great.

Cons

In an attempt to get me to leave, little by little, my job duties were taken over by others in the department. Partners let this happen and did nothing to help me. Eventually, they eliminated my role. I documented multiple instances where the work environment was incredibly toxic but no one cared. HR never even contacted me for an exit interview. My experience was that if you did not fit into the boys club you would not succeed. There was a culture of micro-aggressions, cruelty, and badmouthing others when they weren't in the room and excluding anyone who did not fit their views.
