Pros

If you like to party and not work, this place is for you! If you like to skate by, their culture and lack of coaching with data allows you to hide in the shadows for months without detection. If you like alcohol, they have a ton for you! If you want a manager to pick favorites, this place is for you. I’ve never seen a company that will help certain individuals and then allow others to simply be pawns and waste their time trying to sell a crap “service” to a company everyone knows will not be interested. Eight Eleven’s maturity level is equivalent to a 22yr old fresh out of college, because that’s all they hire. Only if you’re white!! Management loves to come and visit your market, and then you realize it’s just a reason for them to leave their families for a week, party and not do any work. But more alcohol!

Cons

Their “service” is really not all they claim it is. Deep down, it’s truly a staffing agency run by 20yr olds. They act like it’s a large, consulting firm capable of competing with the Big 4. No chance…. Their branding….omg their branding is such a nightmare. 4 brands, all with different logos and names, all with a different goal but somehow they are fighting for the same goal. It’s a bunch of word vomit. Try explaining to your client you’re actually 4 companies in 1, and we can handle ALL your business needs. Clients left more confused after we tried explaining our 4 companies and 4 business services. Deep down, it’s just very bad branding.

Hello, thank you for leaving us a note. We are always happy to take open and honest feedback as well as criticism so that we can do better together and continue to grow and evolve as a company. We recognize that our company culture is different and not always for everyone. While we work extremely hard, we also like to have fun with each other in the office and outside of work with happy hours or other office events. As you know, culture is a top priority for us, family is one of our core values. We take each of our core values extremely seriously, and we stand by those values in everything we do. We apologize that you were not in an environment in which you felt comfortable, cared for, or guided. We host multiple trainings in Indianapolis HQ to provide further education to each of our hires so that they can continue to grow and succeed. If that was not your experience, we sincerely are sorry to hear that. If you would like to talk further or discuss your experience with us, please know that we are here to chat, and we are here to listen.
