Pros
After being here for years I've been cross trained and have a pretty impressive resume, with everything from supervisory to HR and most recently, grocery stocker (overnight).
Cons
This company needs to better understand the value of their workers, especially the ones of us who have longevity with the company, especially those of us who have endured long hours, short staffed departments, and not such a great salary; asking for a raise is pretty pointless, unless you're willing to take on yet another job duty.
