Pros
Opportunities to get involved in new things, flexible, some decent benefits, some good people
Cons
Take a look at their linkedin page to see the headcount change, it says it all.
Expected to figure everything out yourself, no support, if you raise issues around workload you are the problem. All perpetuated by leadership and so called HR.
And to top it all off, company is struggling to win new business or even deliver current business in midst of protests and inability to keep any decent staff around. It's no secret the money is dwindling. If you take a job here... consider it temporary.
