Pros

The working hours are great, over-time is sometimes possible depending on your skill set and the type of work you do. Most of the employees, other workers on the shop floor, team leaders included, are very easy to get on with. Good bunch of lads and lasses working here, couldn't fault them. Genuinely good people. Fridays are a half-day finish. No shift work, impossible with how poorly the company is ran and how dire things are in there.

Cons

Where do I begin.. Team Leaders and some lower management are fine, directors and senior level management have run this once great company into the ground. Hundreds of thousands, if not millions wasted on poor decision making. Production at an all time low, Managing Director simply can not be approached. Came to the company full of promise and prosperity and it has been anything but. Lots of directors and senior management brought in as friends with favours. Number fiddling and turning a blind eye is the number one pass-time. Feedback from employees is completely disregarded. Solutions to problems are given to management and it's ignored time and time again. Senior management and directors, with no knowledge or expertise in caravan\motorhome building, making absolutely awful decisions resulting in further loss and set back. Workers here have no voice or input at all. Far too many people at a higher level, with made-up job titles, no work ethic and a chip on their shoulder. The staff turn around is absolutely awful. Managing Director, countless directors, managers and team leaders amongst the hundreds who have come and gone in the past couple of years. To say this is an awfully ran company is an understatement. Communication between staff and floor workers is non-existent. Office staff are given priority and far more benefits than those on the shop floor. There is a huge divide between anyone who isn't doing manual labour and those tucked away in a cosy office. We called it "The Blame Game" - No one would admit to fault, problems were ignored and nothing was ever done to rectify issues. Disciplinary action for potentially business breaking problems is a myth. I would never, ever recommend family or friends to work here, never mind my worst enemy. When advertising, the company will advertise the 100% wage, however when you join you start very low and it's near impossible to get to the top-tier wage level. This is only done to entice new recruits.

Pros

Genuinely none. They are so far behind the times the only benefit you get is for bowler hats.

Cons

Pay is crap, management are only interested in creating new policies and procedures to shaft the workforce because it’s the hot topic at that time. It’s where creativity goes to die.
