Administration is easy to work with, willing to hear new ideas, is trustworthy, and all around great. The employer feels like home. Employees have the potential to advance wherever within the company. Just make sure to always put your best foot forward.

Smaller company = growing pains.

Good work life balance. Close to public transportation but horrid if you have a car, have to pay 13-16$ daily for parking. Salary good/competitive, but not if you have to pay $200-$300 monthly parking.

NO policies and procedures. Minimal training. NO clear chain of command. Too many people involved in emails, conversations back and forth. NO clear directive. Incredible amount of micromanagement. Everyone does things differently, so it doesn't really matter how you do it. Too many egos and rude, unprofessional behavior. Small company, so absolutely NO confidentiality. Watch your back. Absolutely no patient population diversity. 95% Russian/Jew/Russian speaking.
