Electro Automation is fully focused on delivering best in class customer service. They are an innovative company offering solutions to customer challenges. It’s an excellent place to work if you enjoy challenges, solution finding, career development opportunities, coaching etc. they have a lot of longevity with staff which provided excellent support and experience. The staff are extremely helpful and want you to succeed in your role. There is focus on employe well being, engagement including regular social events. Cons
The only downsides are if you don’t want to be part of solution finding for customers. If you don’t have a passion for growth and delivering best in class work ethic. Electro Automation wants high performers to manage the expectations of the customers. If you’re a hard worker and want to grow in your career then it’s a good company. Or you might not enjoy the company if you don’t like the industry.
