Managment, internal systems, Culture. In total managment is unresponsive and is arrogant in telling employees that they should feel lucky to have a job. They offer no assistance for employees in time of economic trouble. Internal systems are extremely subpar. ERP system is outdated and crashes. Rash choices made based on money and not need or future causing mass customer defections. Most employees beleive that management will sell the company once it makes more money
