Electrolux is a global company with about 57 000 employees, present at all continents. Career opportunities are therefore possible, provided that someone actively works on finding the right opportunity and networks with the right people. Even though the company is big, it is still flexible, instead of being overregulated. It is a Swedish company with traditionally Swedish values, which however are changing now under American leadership.
Cons
Would prefer a bit more inspiring leadership with clear vision for their functions. Potentially due to the lack of structure in certain areas, decisions can take very long time. Increasing communication, transparency, engaging employees would be beneficial, thought that might have improved slightly lately.
