Pros
This was a good job enabled me to meet new people every 2nd week, to help the new workers put their best foot forward and understand the area they would be assign, to. I could get a feeling about the kind of employee they would be as far as just starting out with a new company. Most of the time this training was helpful to reach the goals set by management and other leadership in the company.
Cons
Time for training was limited and very fast pace, some new trainees could not keep up with others and became discoraged and lost interest during the training, I would spot this trend very quickly and applied extra attention to those trainees. At times the trainee would catch up and complete his or her training and at time they would quit.
