Company has grown by leaps and bounds in terms of North American headquarter consolidation moving almost all functions to Charlotte, NC, however limitations such as two year requirement in current role and internal transfer salary caps make opportunities less attainable and attractive. External candidates treated better - salary, bonuses, and key roles instead of Electrolux investing back into the talent that it has.
